Soccer Angels may suffer today
If the words of a Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces (RSLAF) female team midfielder is anything to go by, Soccer Angels may suffer defeat today in their second leg semi final encounter.
Ramatu Bangura aka Barrel who was on target for RSLAF as they defeated Angels 2-0 in the first leg said her team's opponent will conceive more goals today than in the first leg.
“Angels will concede more goals today than the first leg. I am confident our striking and midfield force can accomplish the mission,” she said as she expressed optimism for victory.
“Soccer Angels have a good squad with lots of experienced players who we met in football but today's encounter will not be an easy task. We will head the day,” Bangura said.
She thinks having defeated Angels in several competitions at similar stages; today's encounter will not be an exception.
Bangura scored a 35-yard direct free-kick and orchestrated the other goal which moved them a step ahead of RSLAF for the finals.
