K-Man, Jah to storm US in August

At separate rendezvous in the United States , two Sierra Leonean artists will thrill fellow Sierra Leoneans and their loved ones, to good music.

Popular Freetown-based Mohammed Saccoh aka K-Man of the ‘ Bingoman - Which one you choose' fame will be at the Hampton Conference Centre in Maryland on the symbolic date 8 th of August 2008 (08/08/08) to quench their unsatisfied lyrical desire.

Though it is very pertinent to mention that some of the fans would have to pay $100 to watch the ‘Third Round Knockout' maestro, it should also be noted that such a trip to the US would enhance K-Man's pursuit to be a better musician.

Also performing will be Abdul Rahim Jah, an upcoming R&B/pop artist trying to make his way to the top.

 Jah would be at Endenu on 393 Marietta Street in Atlanta , Georgia on the 19 th of August 2008 starting by 8pm.

 For Jah, "its music or nothing." Born in Sierra Leone , Jah said he grew up ‘in the land of blood diamonds so it is only right he be the finest.'

He moved to the US in 2001 and was residing in Washington DC before he recently moved to Atlanta to fulfill his dream. He said Boyz II Men, Mary J. Blidge, Brandy, Blackstreet, Monica, Montel Jordan, Joe, Avant, X cape, Tyrese music layout were some of his influence.

Truestorm Entertainment will be presenting Jah with the Elevated Da Quest Band.

Publicity efforts have been intensified for the forthcoming performances. Information have been circulated for friends and families to come and see this phenomena R&B sensation live and K-Man especially considering the fact that they will be representing all Sierra Leoneans in the USA.
